In addition to our own $150M portfolio of real estate, NDC’s principals have been involved with the acquisition, entitlement and construction of over 9,500 multifamily units valued over $3.5B throughout California. NDC’s development arm is an expert in Joint Venture partnership with property owners and investors to entitle and develop large scale multifamily projects in the Bay Area.
