Sage Park

Sage Park Apartments offer affordable housing to teachers and families with incomes ranging from 30-60% of the Area Median Income. Sage Park was created from a partnership between the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department.

As a Project Manager for BRIDGE Housing, Iman Novin was responsible for securing entitlements, working with the architect and design team, negotiating the ground lease terms, working through state board of equalization issues, and securing tax credit financing for Sage Park.
