Sage Park
Sage Park Apartments offer affordable housing to teachers and families with incomes ranging from 30-60% of the Area Median Income. Sage Park was created from a partnership between the Los Angeles Unified School District and the Los Angeles Housing and Community Investment Department.
As a Project Manager for BRIDGE Housing, Iman Novin was responsible for securing entitlements, working with the architect and design team, negotiating the ground lease terms, working through state board of equalization issues, and securing tax credit financing for Sage Park.

Madera Vista
Madera Vista is a three-phase, intergenerational, mixed-income project located in the Southern California city of Temecula.
Iman Novin served as a project manager for Madera Vista, and was responsible for leading the debt and equity closings with Wells Fargo, as well as managing construction of Phase II from start to finish. Iman successfully worked through a complicated phasing and tax-credit financing structure with the tax credit equity investor, as well as many fair housing legal issues to achieve the City’s goals for a unique mixed-income project that serves both seniors and families in a single cohesive development.

Ivy at College Park
Ivy at College Park offers affordable family apartments and satisfies Lennar and Standard Pacific’s very-low and low income inclusionary housing requirements for their large 2,200-home master-plan community development in Chino, CA.
Iman Novin was responsible for working closely with the master-developer team and the City of Chino to make sure the affordable project satisfied the inclusionary requirements and that it moved forward in a timely manner. Iman helped secure tax credits, local redevelopment funding and state funding for this $33.4M affordable housing development.

MacArthur Station
MacArthur Station is a mixed-income, transit-oriented development located on a 7.76 acre vacant parking lot at the MacArthur BART station.
Iman Novin helped secure entitlements and over $34M in Prop 1C funding (IIG, TOD & CalReuse) and LEED ND Gold Certification. MacArthur station received a LEED Gold Level rating under the first phase of the program.
