Park Haven Plaza, in partnership with the County of Santa Cruz, addresses the need for permanent supportive housing in Soquel, CA, by providing 36 affordable rental units (refer to development profile for breakdown) to formerly homeless veterans, transition-aged youth, and homeless families with children.
Located on 1.5 acres, the project is designed as one new three-story building with tuck-under parking in the rear to take advantage of a natural 13-foot grade change.
With the help of Abode Services, the community will be fully staffed by a robust direct services team to provide residents with the best on-site support. Park Haven Plaza is a short walk from the Santa Cruz Metro, offering residents access to four lines with service to and from Watsonville and Downtown Santa Cruz. The project is also located near Cabrillo College.
